Divi Theme and the new Divi Theme Builder

Eileen Lonergan –

Let’s discuss Divi and the new front end page builder.  Is it going to change your life?  Does it mean that business owners will no longer need their web designer?  Is Divi the only theme you need for your web design projects? We’ll talk about this and I’ll show you a couple of my favorite tips & tricks.

Eileen is the founder and Community Manager of the Divi Theme User Group on Facebook, a partner in Elegant Marketplace (an online super store full of digital resources for web designers & developers).  Eileen has created hundreds of websites for clients and coached many successful bloggers and business owners around the world.

Eileen was named one of the twelve women in WordPress to follow by Elegant Themes and was part of the Content & Writing panel at WordCamp Boston 2016.

  1. Thanks to the speaker, and to the producer(s) (video, event, etc.) involved, for having made and shared this. In the video, a bonus was seeing that the bostonwp.org site apparently also uses the Divi theme!

Another bonus was that although the speaker Eileen’s talk was maybe 15 minutes, the rest of the session turned into a detailed Q & A session, including showing how to navigate the Divi Dashboard (and the WordPress Dashboard) to do various website development -related actions.

I think the initial prepared talk was a great way to act as a launching off point, to spur the conversation to continue — indeed when I turned my youtube video volume up I could hear that the audience members were asking and commenting about building client websites, purchasing add-ons for client websites, re-using features between different sites, and how Divi integrated(/integrates) with WordPress.

Thanks again, especially to the speaker and the producers, particularly for having recorded this so I could see it from my home computer afterwards!
