PSD to WordPress: Ready to discuss project

Hi, we are looking for an experienced WordPress pro for an active projects that begins soon. I have a top-notch graphic designer who hands off PSD designs to coders as part of our standard workflow. Looking for high-quality WP work, someone who knows coding and is not too dependent on plug-ins and widgets (it’s fine to use them, but please be able to work with the underlying code when/if necessary).
This project involves combining content from 2 existing sites; however this will be a build-from-scratch based on a graphic designer’s approved [PSD] designs.
